I run women’s circles and yoga/nutrition workshops at least every 6-8 weeks in Glasgow.
What is a Women’s Circle?
A supportive space for all women to gather together and be held. Based upon lost rituals from different cultures in which women would meet up to heal, listen and restore. Each of us deserves to be heard fully and have an opportunity to rest deeply, away from daily stresses and responsibilities.

All circles have an element of meditation, gentle movement, reflection, intention setting and sharing. If you’ve never been to a women's circle before and are apprehensive, just connect with me and I’ll happily answer any questions you might have.
Other Workshops
I run workshops relating to many things that can nourish your body and mind. These range from healthy gut yoga events, stretch and sketch yoga and drawing, and accessible and body positive yoga workshops.
