YOGA
Despite being surrounded by yoga from a young age, it took me many years to connect with yoga on a deeper level. I began practicing regularly when life outside became challenging. Sweating it out at hot yoga became the best kind of medicine.
In my flow classes, I incorporate an element of self exploration and encourage you to find freedom through movement. A year living in the Sri Lankan jungle taught me to reflect and slow down. I fell in love with yin, restorative yoga and meditation.
My offerings aim to empower you to reclaim rest and take time away from your busy life. You are always invited to meet yourself exactly where you are, just as you are.
