Whether you’re a complete beginner, or a seasoned practitioner, we can all benefit for individual attention. Classes are tailored to suit individual needs and body types.
I work closely with all of my one to one clients to ensure we come up with a movement and meditation plan that is supportive to the lifestyle that you lead.
Small groups
Are you looking for a unique way to connect with friends or family. I offer bespoke, small group sessions for you to practice in an environment where you feel comfortable.
These can be one-off events or regular classes depending on what you’re after.
Events that might benefit from a yoga or meditation session: birthdays, wedding related get-togethers, corporate events and shop-openings to name a few.
Office + workplace
We are living increasingly stressful lives, with many of us working from home it can be even more challenging to leave work at work. Office yoga and meditation classes offer the perfect opportunity to support employees wellbeing.
Lunchtime or after work sessions can be held online or in person. I can provide varying styles of yoga to suit your employees needs. These sessions are perfect for beginners and are designed to combat any desk-related aches and pains. Weekly sessions are recommended for optimal benefits, one-off classes and workshops can also be arranged.
