NOURISH: A mindful cooking & movement workshop


As a mother’s day special, we gather together to nourish our body and mind. Join me for a 2-hour online workshop where we will cook, move and eat together. Come with your mum or daughter or in memory of a lost loved one.

Sunday 14th March, 4-6pm

On the menu:

Nourishing carrot cake bliss balls.

Jasmine will guide you through the cooking process on the screen, just come prepared with the list of ingredients! These will be sent out at least one week before the event. We will chill them in the freezer whilst we practice.

Movement:

A 70 minute flow and restore practice.

There will be a gentle flow followed by an opportunity for you to slow down and rest deeply, bring all of your cushions, blankets and socks to get really cosy!

Connection:

Mindful eating practice.

We will finish with a guided meditation before we eat our bliss balls together, along with a cup of your favourite tea. There will also be some time to chat and connect as a community.
