SLOW: A 6-week online course


We gather together to journey back to ourselves in this 6-week course.

Thursdays 7:30pm - 8:45pm

£54 for 6 weeks / £11 drop-in


A 75 minute weekly practice to cultivate a deeper relationship with ourselves through nourishing self care rituals, yoga, meditation and deep rest practices. All practices will be gentle and there will be plenty of opportunity to rest. We will get to know one another and have a space to share openly and with honestly.
