Healing the ‘sister wound’
A safe, sacred and supportive space for all women to gather together and find their voice. As women, we all have some experience of the sister wound. It can show up in our lives as insecurity within ourselves, judgement, jealousy and competition with other women. This circle is a space where we can delve into the way the sister wound shows up in our lives whilst healing and creating a community of supportive sisters.
We will journey through an afternoon of yoga, deep rest, meditation, journalling + breathwork. There will also be an opportunity to connect to your voice and share in-circle. The gathering is open to all women, come as you are with an open mind. If there’s anything you would like to ask before the circle please get in touch.
“Pretty women wonder where my secret lies.
I’m not cute or built to suit a fashion model’s size
But when I start to tell them,
They think I’m telling lies.
I say,It’s in the reach of my arms,
The span of my hips,
The stride of my step,
The curl of my lips. I
’m a woman
Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That’s me.”
